Eat cayenne pepper for a longer life
Pepper-consuming societies live longer, but why? Consulting the best information, two reasons provide that best explanation:
First, cayenne increases circulation, which in turn promotes the delivery of various nutrients throughout the body (and helps detox what is unwanted). For the same reason when cayenne pepper is taken alongside other supplements, it can cause those supplements to be more effective.
The second reason that cayenne pepper increases longevity is that it helps remove iron from the body, and iron we know is a major contributor to aging. The longest lived people have lower than average iron levels.
The component of peppers that makes them hot is called capsaicin. While the burning heat does not cause physical damage, it sure is uncomfortable. Certain pathogens that infect the stomach and gut hate it very much and so they will act up if you ingest cayenne, hoping that you will avoid it in the future.
Living with those pathogens can make life very difficult. People who ignore the "threats" and decide to suddenly eat tons of cayenne pepper can destroy those pathogens, but few know to do this and of course the heat is burning and painful for upwards of 30 minutes.
Roen's cayenne pepper is sourced from India and is a hot one at 90,000 Heat Units. Use with care. Even breathing in a little dust you can feel some heat in your nostrils.
